Facts about loopelle atelier
Why the name Loopelle Atelier?
The name Loopelle Atelier is inspired by the very first step in crochet — the loop.
Every piece begins with a single loop of yarn, slowly built into something new.
“Loop” represents the circular nature of our process:
leftover yarn becomes handmade decor, and nothing goes to waste.
“elle” adds a soft, feminine touch — reflecting creativity, care and personality.
"Atelier" represents the creative space.
Together, Loopelle stands for colour, craftsmanship and thoughtful design, made one loop at a time.
Are all products handmade?
Yes. Every LOOPelle piece is handmade using crochet techniques.
Some products are made by me, Mathilde, and others are created in collaboration with senior crocheters — all made slowly, carefully and with intention.
Why are all products different?
We work with leftover yarn and small batches, which means colours and combinations vary naturally.
No two products are ever the same — and that’s exactly the point.
What materials do you use?
We use leftover yarn in natural materials such as wool or cotton.
For some products, filling or inner materials may come from reused textiles such as old cushions or fabric scraps.
How does the yarn donation work?
You can “purchase” our free yarn donation product.
You’ll receive a prepaid shipping label to send us your leftover yarn — and as a thank-you, you’ll receive a 10% discount code for the webshop.
Every donation helps keep materials in circulation.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes we do.
Can I return a product?
Yes. You can return your order within 14 days, as long as the product is unused and in original condition.
Please note that each piece is handmade and unique.
