Returns
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. You must also provide proof of purchase.
How to start a return
To request a return, please submit a request via our Return Request Form on the website.
Once your return request has been approved, we will provide further instructions, including the return address.
Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
In such cases, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards and sale items are non-returnable.
If you have questions about a specific product, please contact us before requesting a return.
Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges.
The fastest way to receive a different item is to return the original item (after approval) and place a new order.
European Union 14-day right of withdrawal
If your order is shipped within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.
Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
